In 2007, this charity and the Minnesota Senior Federation (state entity) merged legally combining staff, budgets, and governance. The updated 990 from 2006 is for the former Metropolitan Region only. The 2009 update will show that the Metropolitan Region was absorbed into the state entity and will show a combined budget and program.
