CHARITY RESPONSE TO REVIEW: Because of diseases like Macular Degeneration and Glaucoma, one out of every six people over the age of 65 experiences some vision loss. For almost 90 years, Vision Loss Resources (formerly known as the Minneapolis/St. Paul Society for the Blind) has been providing no-cost services to people of all ages who are blind or visually-impaired. In addition, services are available to individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf/blind providing opportunities for personal development as well as community integration. We are proud to be recognized by the Charities Review Council for meeting their high standards for non-profit services.
